Saber Jlassi is a California based VFX artist currently working as a Senior technical director at Blizzard Animation (formerly known as Blizzard cinematics). His current job consists of writing tools and scripts to improve the Lighting, FX and Compositing pipeline, in addition to collaborating with the Production to solve challenging tasks.
Prior to this, Saber worked as a Senior Lighting TD at Framestore and as a Generalist TD at MPC in london.
Saber is self-taught in the various aspects of CG and he started his career working in arch-viz and commercials.
He has a wide breadth of knowledge with most of the high-end 3D packages (Houdini, Maya, XSI) and 2D Compositing softwares like Nuke.
Saber has also a great knowledge of developing softwares and tools for Houdini, Maya and Nuke.
