Dave and Ava Animation Studios has launched a series of educational videos for young children: “Dave and Ava Nursery Rhymes”. These videos are available on the studio’s YouTube channel at: www.youtube.com/DaveAndAva.

All videos are created and produced in full HD resolution (1920x1080).

Nursery rhymes from Dave and Ava are designed to incorporate all four major areas of child development:

- Cognitive: Nursery rhymes use word patterns and introduce basic story sequences.

- Language: Children acquire new words, learn to recognize word patterns and rhythms, and hear the different sounds of consonants and vowels.

- Physical: Kids can dance along with the songs of Dave and Ava and improve large motor movement, balance, and coordination.

- Social-Emotional: Nursery rhymes with morals teach children that actions have consequences, and funny or silly nursery rhymes teach children to have a sense of humor.

“Dave and Ava Nursery Rhymes” are developed especially for young children, ages 1-4. Each episode features a toddler boy and a toddler girl dressed as a puppy and a kitten, and their friends: Philip the Mouse, Matilda the Sheep, Stella the Star, Itsy the Spider, Doctor Albert Monkerson, Mrs. Barbara Monkerson, Sam MacDonald, Bingo the Puppy, and many more.

The videos will be also available to download and watch offline via iOS and Android apps, which will follow in the near future.
