Pause Fest is the Melbourne Creative Festival designed to inspire your creativity.
Pause Fest 2014 brings inspiring content and industry insight to professional practitioners in the advertising, digital, design, production and post-production, animation sectors, as well as related business networks such as co-working spaces, incubators and start-up communities. The event includes segments that will be useful to entry level and freelance practitioners, as wall as start-ups keen for advice and large multinationals looking to gain insight into emerging cutting edge talent.
The Pause Stage 2014 at Fed Square selects creative entrepreneurial artists from six different industries to share their experiences. The presentations are focused on a specific topic of choice, in line with the festival ‘Connected’ theme, and are delivered in under 20 minutes. Then a Q&A follows to bring in the audience and the moderator. There is also an Elevator Pitch opportunity that offers you two minutes time on a Pause Stage to trade your next big idea. You could be launching new App, looking for business partner, an investment opportunity or you might want to tell everyone you are a freelancer. There will be a limited number of presentations available. You will be able to nominate yourself soon.
