“This is an event that creative game development community will benefit from,” says Thomas Jakobsen, Head of Research and Development at IO Interactive, makers of Hitman: Codename 47 and Hitman 2: Silent Assassin. “Game Developers World is unique, because the organisers and advisory board understand the unique combination of passion, artistic creativity, science and technology needed to produce great games and it is made for the people who are hands-on in creating these titles. It also caters for the European game development community as it has the backdrop of the more established 3D Festival, the region’s largest creative event.”

GDW 2003 is aimed primarily at the professional involved in game production, development and art. The conference will comprise of 36 sessions including lectures, panels and special sessions over a three day period.

GDW 2003 is part of 3D Festival Copenhagen 2003 and will be supported by the largest exhibition of creative technology and services in Europe.
